MINUTES


Rep. Torrey Westrom, Chair of the Regulated Industries Committee, called the second meeting to order at 2:30 p.m. on January 25, 2005 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Rep. Lanning moved adoption of the minutes for January 19, 2005. The motion prevailed.

Bob Eleff of House Research provided an overview to the committee on energy and telecommunications issues.

HF 218 (Cornish) Renewable energy production incentive eligibility extended.

Rep. Erickson moved that HF 218 be brought before the committee for discussion, and if passed, be recommended for placement on the General Register.

Rep. Cornish provided the committee with a brief overview of HF 218.

Rep. Gunther discussed possible modifications to HF 218 with the committee.

Rep. Westrom discussed additional modifications to HF 218 with the committee.


Rep. Erickson moved that HF 218 be laid over for further consideration. The motion prevailed.

Rep. Westerberg announced the first meeting of the Gaming Division of the Regulated Industries Committee.

The meeting was adjourned at 4:30 p.m.
