REGULATED INDUSTRIES COMMITTEE
MINUTES
Rep. Torrey Westrom, Chair of the Regulated Industries Committee, called the third meeting unofficially to order at 2:30 p.m. on February 1, 2005 in Room 5 of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.
The Clerk noted the roll.

The Office of the Legislative Auditor provided a presentation to the committee on the Conservation Improvement Program (CIP) Report.
The following individuals testified before the committee:

John Patterson, Office of the Legislative Auditor
Rep. Westrom called the meeting officially to order at 3:00 p.m. A quorum was present.
Rep. Charron moved adoption of the minutes for January 25, 2005.
The motion prevailed.
The presentation by the Legislative Auditor regarding the CIP Report continued.
Edward Garvey, Deputy Commissioner, Department of Commerce, testified before the committee regarding the Legislative Auditor’s CIP Report.
Rep. Westrom moved that the following House files be referred to the Gaming Division of the Regulated Industries Committee: HF 401, HF 463, HF 485, HF 514, HF 519.
The motion prevailed.
The meeting was adjourned at 3:30.
