Representative Marty Seifert, Chair of the Committee on State Government Finance called the twenty-sixth meeting to order at 8:25 a.m. on Tuesday, April 19, 2005, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

Chairman Seifert moved approval of Approval of Minutes for Monday, April 18, 2005.

Chairman Seifert moved HF1481 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the committee on Ways and Means.
Chairman Seifert moved the delete all amendment labeled “A05-0609”.
