MINUTES
Representative Marty Seifert, Chair of the Committee on State Government Finance called the second meeting to order at 8:20 a.m. on Tuesday, January 25, 2005, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

Representative Solberg moved approval of minutes for January 19, 2005.
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
The Department of Administration continued its overview of Drive to Excellence and gave briefings on its Real Estate Management Function; the Professional/Technical Contracting Procedures and its Oversight.
