MINUTES
Representative Marty Seifert, Chair of the Committee on State Government Finance called the fifth meeting to order at 8:19 a.m. on Wednesday, February 2, 2005, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Clerk noted the roll.

Chairman Seifert moved consideration of the document titled “State Government Finance Committee – 2005 Capital Budget; Chair Recommendations”.

Representative Solberg moved that the document titled “State Government Finance Committee – 2005 Capital Budget; Chair Recommendations” be amended as follows:
HF532 be moved from a “Negative” recommendation to a “Neutral” recommendation
THE MOTION DID NOT PREVAIL.
Chairman Seifert moved the document titled “State Government Finance Committee – 2005 Capital Budget; Chair Recommendations” be recommended to pass and be referred to the Committee on Capital Investment.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.
