MINUTES
Representative Marty Seifert, Chair of the Committee on State Government Finance called the twelfth meeting to order at 8:21 a.m. on Tuesday, March 1, 2005, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Minnesota Racing Commission gave an overview of its budget.
