MINUTES
Representative Joyce Peppin, Vice-Chair of the Committee on State Government Finance called the sixteenth meeting to order at 8:19 a.m. on Tuesday, March 15, 2005, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Capitol Area Architectural and Planning Board gave a Fiscal Overview of the CAAP Board.
