MINUTES
Representative Marty Seifert, Chair of the Committee on State Government Finance called the seventeenth meeting to order at 8:23 a.m. on Wednesday, March 16, 2005, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Clerk noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
The Secretary of State’s Office gave a Fiscal Overview of their department.
Testifying were: Mary Kiffmeyer, Secretary of State
   Tony Kielkusci, Deputy Secretary of State
Chairman Seifert moved HF376 for possible inclusion in the State Government Finance omnibus bill.
Chairman Seifert moved the oral amendment deleting lines 13-15.
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chairman Seifert laid over HF376 over for possible inclusion in the State Government Finance 
Omnibus Bill.
Chairman Seifert moved HF46 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the committee on Ways and Means.
Representative Kahn moved the amendment labeled H0046A2.
	Testifying was: Ken Peterson, Attorney General’s Office
Representative Kahn requested a roll call vote on the motion.
