MINUTES
Representative Marty Seifert, Chair of the Committee on State Government Finance called the twentieth meeting to order at 8:25 a.m. on Wednesday, March 30, 2005, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

Chairman Seifert moved HF1801 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the committee on Ways and Means.

Representative Kahn moved an oral amendment removing “Section 2” of the bill and laying it over possible inclusion in the State Government Finance Omnibus Bill.
