TWENTY-FOURTH MEETING

2005-2006 Regular Session - Wednesday, April 27, 2005



Representative Phil Krinkie, Chair of the Taxes Committee, called the twenty-fourth meeting to order at 9:16 a.m. on Wednesday, April 27, 2005, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

Chairman Krinkie moved HF 902 to be passed and re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
Testifying were:

Chairman Krinkie moved that the amendment labeled A05-0763 be adopted and incorporated into HF 902.
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Chairman Krinkie moved that the amendment labeled A05-765 be adopted and incorporated into HF 902.
Chairman Krinkie orally amended his amendment as follows: On line 3 delete “Pages” and insert "Page", delete "142 to", and delete "156" and insert "157".
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Simpson moved that the amendment labeled H0902A16 be adopted and incorporated into HF 902.
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Dill moved that the amendment labeled H0902A17 be adopted and incorporated into HF 902.
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Lenczewski moved the following oral amendment to be adopted and incorporated into HF 902:
On pages 161 through 172, delete Article 4.
Representative Lenczewski withdrew her amendment.
Chairman Krinkie renewed his motion that HF 902 be passed as amended and re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.


Representative Lenczewski requested a roll call vote.

Chairman Krinkie moved HF 872 to be passed and re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.

The committee stood in recess to the call of the Chair at 11:48 AM.
