MINUTES
Representative Phil Krinkie, Chair of the Taxes Committee, called the third meeting to order at 10:15 a.m. Thursday, January 20th 2005, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Abrams moved HF 47 to pass and be referred to the General Register.

Chairman Krinkie introduced Dan Salomone, Commissioner of the Department of Revenue, and Dennis Erno, Deputy Commissioner. They proceeded to give an overview of the Department.
Rep. Simpson moved approval of the committee minutes for Thursday, January 20, 2005.
