Representative Phil Krinkie, Chairman of the Tax Committee, called the fortieth meeting to order at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, April 4, 2006, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

HF 3603 (KRINKIE) Internal Revenue Code and marriage penalty provision conformity provided, dairy operation and citizenship expenditure tax credits provided, sales-only apportionment phase-in accelerated, and other taxation provisions clarified.

The presentation on the Governor’s supplemental budget initiatives continued. Testifying was:

The Chair laid over HF3603 for possible inclusion into the committee report.

Rep. RUKAVINA moved the minutes from March 28, 2006. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
