Representative Knoblach, Chair of the Ways & Means Committee, began the eleventh meeting at 2:36 p.m. on March 1, 2005 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

2:37:14 PM An overview of the February Forecast was given by Peggy Ingison, Commissioner, MN Department of Finance, Dr. Tom Stinson, State Economist, MN Department of Finance, and James Schowalter, State Budget Director, MN Department of Finance.
2:44:15 PM Representative Knoblach officially called the meeting to order. A quorum was present
2:45:39 PM Representative McNamara moved that the minutes of February 28, 2005 be approved.
