Representative Jerry Dempsey, Vice Chair of the Ways & Means Committee, began the sixteenth meeting at 12:40 p.m. on Monday, March 21, 2005 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

12:40:43 PM Representative Dempsey, Vice Chair, began the meeting. A quorum was not present.
12:42:20 PM Greg Crowe, House Fiscal Analyst, resumed his presentation on Education Finance.
12:48:04 PM Representative Dempsey called the meeting officially to order. Representative Dorn moved that the minutes of March 17, 2005 be recommended to pass. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
12:59:54 PM Marie Zimmerman, House Fiscal Analyst, gave an overview on Tax Aids and Credits.
