Representative Tim Mahoney, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:03AM on March 13, 2007 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

HF 1747 (Davnie), a bill for an act relating to taxation; providing for an income tax credit for investments in qualified business ventures in Minnesota;

Representative Davnie presented HF 1747.
