The meeting was called to order at 8:45 a.m. by chair Tim Mahoney. A welcoming speech was given by Don Gerhardt, LifeScience Alley President and CEO.

Jeremy Lenz, BioBusiness Alliance of Minnesota VP opf Operations spoke to Minnesota's existing bioscience infrastructure.

Brian Walters, President, Greater Fargo Moorhead Economic Development Corporation and Chris Huisinga, Life-Science Innovations Director of Business Development spoke of the need for capital.

Representative Jim Davnie and Senator Kathy Saltzman spoke about the Angel Investor Tax Credit. Mark Lofthus, DEED Director of Business and Community Development also spoke about the Angel Investor Tax Credit.

Representative Ryan Winkler and Senator Kathy Saltzman gave a presentation on the Small Business Company Credit and mark Lofthus, Deed Director of Business and Community Development commented on the presentation.

After a question and answer period the meeting adjourned at 10:15 a.m.
