MINUTES
Representative Sheldon Johnson, Chair of the Telecommunications Regulation and Infrastructure Division, called the tenth meeting to order at 8:36 A.M. on April 13, 2007, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Johnson called the meeting to order at 8:36 A.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Morrow moved approval of the minutes of March 23, 2007.
THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES APPROVED.
HF 2351(Johnson) amending regulation of cable communications systems.
Representative Johnson moved HF2351 to pass without recommendation to the Commerce and Labor committee.
Continuing testimony was presented on HF2351.

A handout "Minneapolis Urban League letter to Rep. Paul Thissen" was given to division members.
A handout "League of Minnesota Cities - Testimony on City Concerns with Statewide Franchising" was given to division members.
Representative Johnson renewed his motion that HF2351 be recommended to pass without recommendation and is re-referred to Commerce and Labor committee.
The motion prevailed.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:58 A.M.
