MINUTES
Representative David Dill, Chair, called the meeting to order at 4:12 P.M. on Monday, March 5th, 2007, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll. .

Representative Cornish moved approval of the minutes of February 26th, 2007. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES ARE APPROVED.
HF 1183 (Loeffler) Community forest management provided and forest and shade tree pest control provided.
Chairman Dill moved HF 1183 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Environment and Natural Resources.
