Representative David Dill, Chair, called the meeting to order at 2:15 P.M. on Tuesday, April 24th, 2007, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Hansen moved that HF 2285 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Environment and Natural Resources.
