Representative Carlson, Chair of the Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:15 A.M. on Tuesday, April 24, 2007, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Rep. Lieder moved adoption of the Transportation Finance and Policy Division Report for HF1351, First Committee Engrossment. (See language at http://wdoc.house.leg.state.mn.us/leg/LS85/CEH1351.1.pdf). THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE DIVISION REPORT WAS ADOPTED.

Rep. Lieder moved that HF1351, First Committee Engrossment be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means

Chair Carlson moved that SF1073, Second Engrossment, (See language at http://wdoc.house.leg.state.mn.us/leg/LS85/SF1073.2.pdf) be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register.

Rep. Lillie presented SF1073, Second Engrossment (Lillie) Labor agreements and compensation plans ratified for the Minnesota Law Enforcement Association, the Minnesota Nurses Association, and the Office of Higher Education.

Chair Carlson renewed the motion that SF1073, Second Engrossment, be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Rep. Mariani moved adoption of the K-12 Finance Division Report for HF1564. (See language at http://wdoc.house.leg.state.mn.us/leg/LS85/HF1564.0.pdf). THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE DIVISION REPORT WAS ADOPTED.

Rep. Mariani moved that HF1564 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.

provided.
