MINUTES
Representative Bev Scalze, Vice Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:02 a.m. on Monday, March 3, 2008, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll. A quorum was present.

Rep. Solberg moved approval of the minutes from the meetings of February 26 and February 28, 2008. MOTION PREVAILED
HF 380 (Hausman) Omnibus Capital Investment bill presentation
Rep. Hausman moved HF 380 be recommended to pass.
Rep. Hausman moved to amend HF 380 with the Delete Everything amendment A08-1216, see attached. MOTION PREVAILED, THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED
