DISPARITIES IN STUDENT SUPPORT AND SERVICE SUBCOMMITTEE
MINUTES
Representative Willie Dominguez, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:05AM on March 19, 2007, in Room 500N of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Hilstrom moved the minutes of March 12, 2007 be adopted.
THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES ARE APPROVED.
HF989 (Hilstrom) A bill for an act relating to education; permitting open enrollment students to participate in academic courses and extracurricular and cocurricular activities on the same basis as resident district students.
Representative Hilstrom moved HF989 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on K-12 Education Finance division.

Representative Hilstrom moved HF2151 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on K-12 Education Finance division.
Representative Hilstrom testified.
