Representative Bill Hilty, Chair, called the ninth meeting to order at 2:21 PM on February 12, 2007 in Room 200 of the State office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

2:21 PM - Representative Bly moved approval of the minutes of February 7, 2007. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

SF0004 (Peterson): Renewable energy standard established.

2:23 PM - Rep. Peterson moved SF0004, in lieu of HF0004, to be recommended to pass and re-referred to the committee on Ways and Means.

2:23 PM - Rep. Peterson explained the bill.

2:45 PM - Don Dame, 6740 Ashwood Rd, Saint Paul, retired mechanical engineer.

2:58 PM - Rep. Westrom moved the S004A1 Amendment.

Rep. Westrom requested a roll-call vote. The results were as follows.

Rep. Westrom withdrew the S004A4 Amendment.

3:18 PM - Rep. Hackbarth moved the S004A5 Amendment.
