SUBCOMMITTEE ON WATERSHEDS, WETLANDS, AND BUFFER PROTECTION

MINUTES

Representative Rick Hansen, Chair of the Subcommittee, called the meeting to order at 9:00 P.M. on March 9, 2007, in Room 300 North of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Hansen called the meeting to order at 9:00 A.M.

Doug Thomas, Assistant Director, Board of Soil and Water Resources (BWSR), continued the overview of the BWSR budget.

The committee recessed at 9:47A.M.

The committee reconvened at 10:00 A.M.

A quorum was present at 10:00 A.M.

Representative Peterson moved that the minutes of March 6th, 2007 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES ARE APPROVED.

Representative Wagenius, ex-officio member of committee, was present.
