Vice-Chair Hosch began the fifteenth meeting at 12:33 p.m. on Tuesday, February 20, 2007, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.

Katie Burns, Director, Budget Analysis Division, DHS - TANF Overview

Jane Delage, DHS Manager, was also called to the table to respond to questions of members.

At 1:18 p.m. a quorum was present and the Vice-Chair formally called the meeting to order.

Representative Abeler moved approval of the February 15 minutes. The motion prevailed and the minutes were approved.

Jean Wood, Aging and Adult Services Division, DHS - Elderly Waiver Overview. Ms. Wood also responded to questions of the members.

Dan McCarthy, Disability Services Division, DHS - Disabilities Waiver Overview. Mr. McCarthy also responded to questions of the members.

Randall Chun, House Research Analyst, and John Walz, House Fiscal Analyst, gave an overview of the Health Care Access Fund and responded to questions of the members.

Vice-Chair Hosch adjourned the meeting at 2:03 p.m.
