Representative Michael Paymar, Chair of the Public Safety Finance Division Committee, called the eleventh meeting of the Minnesota House of Representatives Public Safety Finance Division Committee to order at 8:04 a.m. Thursday, February 8, 2007 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF0056 (Thao) St. Paul Police Department Special Investigation Unit Asian Gang Task Force funding provided, and money appropriated.
Chair Paymar moved HF0056 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Public Safety Finance Division omnibus bill.
Rep. Thao presented HF0056.
Rep. Thao moved to amend HF0056 with
H0056A1 (attached) amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
