Representative Michael Paymar, Chair of the Public Safety Finance Division Committee, called the twenty-fifth meeting to order at 8:03 a.m., Wednesday, March 14, 2007 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.
