Chair Paymar moved the H1262DE2
amendment (attached). THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Chair Paymar moved to incorporate an oral amendment into the H1262DE2
amendment as follows:
Page 1, line 16, after "Finance"
[And amend the title accordingly]
Rep. Mahoney considered the amendment friendly and incorporated it into the bill.
Chair Paymar moved that HF1262, as amended, be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Finance with a re-referral to the General Register. MOTION PREVAILED.
