Representative Kahn, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:21 P.M. on, Thursday, Janurary 11, 2007, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Helen Roberts, Fiscal Analyst, gave an overview of the jurisdiction of the State Government Finance Division.
Commissioner of Administration Dana Badgerow and Pre-Design Project Manager from Hammel Green and Abrahmson, Michael Bjornberg, testified on the State Capitol Renovation Plan.
The meeting was adjourned at 3:23 P.M.
