MINUTES
Representative Kahn, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:29 P.M. on February 13, 2007, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Commissioner Dana Badgerow, Department of Administration and Tom Gillaspy, State Demographer presented information on the Census 2010 preparation.
Representative Zellers moved that the minutes of February 8, 2007 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Assistant Commissioner of Administration, Nicky Giancola, presented information on the Real Property Enterprise System program.
David Arbeit, Director of the Office of Geographic and Demographic Analysis, presented information on the Land Management Information Center (LMIC).
Testifying in support of LMIC were: Will Craig, Associate Director, Center for Urban and Regional Affairs, representing the National State Geographic Information Council; David Claypool, Ramsey County Surveyor, representing the MN Association of County Surveyors; and Ronald Wencl, USGS Geospatial Liaison.
The meeting was adjourned at 3:51 P.M.
