MINUTES
Representative Kahn, Chair of the Division, called the meeting to order at 2:20 P.M. on March 22, 2007 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Greg Hubinger, Director, Legislative Coordinating Commission (LCC), gave an overview of the Commission and presented their budget request.
A quorum was present at 2:24 P.M.
Michele Timmons, Revisor, Office of the Revisor of Statutes, gave an overview of their budget request.
Representative Huntley, Chair of Minnesota's Delegation to the Great Lakes Commission, gave an overview and presented the budget request of the Commission.
Jim Nobles, Legislative Auditor, gave a brief overview of the budget request for the Office of the Legislative Auditor.
Robbie LaFleur, Director, Legislative Reference Library, gave an overview of the Library's budget request.
Larry Martin, Executive Director, Legislative Commission on Pensions and Retirement, gave an overview of the Commission's budget request.
Greg Hubinger presented an overview of the budget request of the LCC Subcommittee on Employee Relations.
Representative Johnson, Chair, Minnesota Mississippi River Parkway Commission, presented an overview of the Commission's budget request.
Barry LaGrave, Director, House Public Information Services, presented an overview of their budget request.
Greg Hubinger presented a brief overview of the Health Care Access Commission's budget request.
Paul Schweizer, House Controller, presented an overview of the Minnesota House of Representatives budget request.
Steve Dahl, Director, Deloitte Consulting LLP, presented his report Government Reform.
Representative Hortman moved that the minutes of March 20, 2007 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
