H3301A4 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. Rep. Kalin moved the
H3301A6 amendment. Dave Oxley - American Council of Engineering Companies, Tim Worke - Association of Contractors and Betsy Parker - MnDOT spoke to the amendment. Rep. Kalin moved to amend the
H3301A6 amendment as follows:
On Page 2, lines 19 through 20, delete the new language

H3301A6 amendment as amended. THE MOTION PREVAILED. Rep. Holberg moved adoption of the
H3301A5 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. Rep. Kalin moved that HF 3301, as amended, be recommended to pass and referred to the Finance Committee. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 3965 (Slocum) Unused veterans' license plate disposal authorized. Rep. Slocum moved to amend HF 3965 with a handwritten B1 amendment (copy attached). THE MOTION PREVAILED. Pat McCormack, Department of Vehicle Services of the Department of Public Safety spoke to the bill. Rep. Slocum moved that HF 3965, as amended, be recommended to pass and referred to the Finance Committee. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 4055 (Madore) Transportation construction project mitigating effects on small businesses report required. Rep. Madore moved the
H4055DE2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. Iric Nathanson, Minneapolis Consortium of Community Developers and Betsy Parker, MnDOT spoke to the amendment and bill. Rep. Madore moved that HF 4055, as amended, be recommended to pass and referred to the Finance Committee. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 4033 (Erickson) Curt Eastlund Memorial Bridge designated. Rep. Holberg moved that HF 4033 be recommended to pass and sent to the Consent Calendar. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
