Representative Lieder, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 4:08 P.M. on February 26, 2008, in Room 10 of the State Office Building. The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Morgan moved adoption of the minutes of February 22, 2008. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 3090 (Morrow) Rep. Morrow moved that HF 3090 be recommended to pass and returned to the Finance committee. The following spoke to the bill:
David Martini, Senior and Licensed Professional Engineer with Bolton & Menk, Inc. Chaska
Joe Pignato, Principal Engineer, MnDOT Office of Land Management
Betsy Parker, Government Affairs, MnDOT
Rep. Morrow renewed his motion. On a voice vote THE MOTION PREVAILED.
