MINUTES


Representative Paul Thissen, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:22 P.M. on Thursday, February 14, 2008 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Rep. Murphy moved that the minutes of October 16, 2007, October 18, 2007, October 19, 2007, December 17, 2007, January 10, 2008, January 31, 2008 and February 6, 2008 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Rep. Ruud moved that HF2590 be recommended to pass and referred to the General Register

HF2590 (Ward) allowing Emergency Medical Services Regulatory Board members to serve two consecutive terms

Presenting the bill:

Rep. Ruud renewed her motion that HF2590 be recommended to pass and referred to the Consent Calendar. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting was adjourned at 2:30 P.M.
