Representative Mullery, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:35 P.M. on Tuesday, January 30, 2007, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

c) Lt. Bryan Schafer, Minneapolis Police Department, Juvenile Unit
d) Simeon Wagner, Hennepin County Probation
e) Jerald Moore, Hennepin County Probation
The meeting was adjourned at 2 P.M.
