Representative Loren Solberg, Chair of the Committee on Ways and Means, called the meeting to order at 10:17 A.M. on March 16, 2007, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Clark moved to approve the minutes of March 9, 2007 as presented.

Representative Solberg moved adoption of the House Budget Resolution

Representative Solberg explained the budget resolution to committee members.
Representative Sviggum moved to amend
