Representative Zellers moved that the minutes of April 28, 2010, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED
Vice Chair Hayden moved the time parameters for the Calendar for the Day for Monday, May 3, 2010, as follows: SF 2709 - 20 minutes, SF 2971 – 30 minutes, SF 2752 – 20 minutes, SF 2226 – 30 minutes, SF 633 – 20 minutes, HF 2612 – 45 minutes, HF 890 – 45 minutes, SF 2695 – 30 minutes, SF 1905 – 30 minutes, SF 2759 – 20 minutes, HF 910 – 20 minutes, SF 271 – 45 minutes, SF 2756 – 30 minutes, SF 2386 – 30 minutes, SF 2990 – 30 minutes. THE MOTION PREVAILED
Vice Chair Hayden moved the time parameters for the Fiscal Calendar for Monday, May 3, 2010, as follows: HF 2470/SF2493 – 20 minutes, HF 605/SF 1060 – 30 minutes, HF 2990/SF 2880 – 20 minutes, and HF 3448/SF 184 – 90 minutes. THE MOTION PREVAILED
The meeting recessed at 3:00 p.m.
Chair Sertich reconvened the meeting at 6:55 p.m.
Chair Sertich moved the adoption of Resolution 2010-R6, Waiver of Rules. THE MOTION PREVAILED
