Representative Sertich, Chair of the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration, called the meeting to order at 1:05 p.m., Monday, May 10, 2010, in Room 118 of the State Capitol.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Gunther moved that the minutes of May 7, 2010, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED
Chair Sertich moved that the time parameters for the Fiscal Calendar for Monday, May 10, 2010, be set as follows: SF 2900 - 2 hours, HF 3051 – 30 minutes, HF 2753 – 30 minutes. THE MOTION PREVAILED
The meeting was recessed at 1:09 p.m.
The meeting reconvened at 5:44 p.m.
Chair Sertich moved a 3 hour time parameter to be set for HF 2037.
After discussion, Chair Sertich moved to amend his motion to set 2 hours as the time parameter for HF 2037. THE MOTION PREVAILED
The meeting was recessed at 5:50 p.m.
