Representative Sertich, Chair of the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration, called the meeting to order at 12:03 p.m., Friday, May 14, 2010, in Room 118 State Capitol.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Seifert moved that the minutes of May 12, 2010, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED

Chair Sertich moved the Supplemental Calendar for the Day for Friday, May 14, 2010. THE MOTION PREVAILED


Chair Sertich moved the time parameters for the May 14, 2010, Supplemental Calendar for the Day as follows: SF 2937 - 20 minutes, SF 3134 – 4 hours, HF 1778 – 20 minutes, HF 3162 – 20 minutes, HF 3188 – 20 minutes, HF 1680 – 20 minutes, SF 445 – 20 minutes. THE MOTION PREVAILED

Representative Juhnke moved adoption of Policy on IRS Ruling, 2010-P1. THE MOTION PREVAILED

Chair Sertich moved adoption of the Resolution on Revised Policies Affecting the Legislature, 2010-R9. THE MOTION PREVAILED

The meeting was recessed at 12:06 p.m.
