Representative Sertich, Chair of Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration, called the meeting to order at 10:29 a.m. Thursday April 30, 2009 in Room 316 Capitol.

Representative Loeffler moved the minutes from the Tuesday April 28, 2009 meeting be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Sertich moved the Proposed Calendar for the Day for Thursday April 30, 2009 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Sertich moved the time parameters of 15 minutes for HF 211, 15 minutes for HF 412, 15 minutes for HF 362, 15 minutes for HF 330, 15 minutes for HF 239, 15 minutes for HF 420, 15 minutes for HF 1554, 15 minutes for SF 708, 2 hours for SF 971, 1 hour for HF 454, 1 hour for HF 1482, 15 minutes for HF 388, 15 minutes for HF 978, 15 minutes for HF 1789, 15 minutes for HF 1619, 15 minutes for SF 412, 15 minutes for HF 1275, 1 hour for SF 1486, 15 minutes for SF 1754, 15 minutes for SF 532, 15 minutes for HF 1960, 15 minutes for HF 534, and 15 minutes for HF 1501. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
