Representative Hayden, Vice Chair of the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration, called the meeting to order at 11:52 a.m. Saturday May 16, 2009 in Room 118 Capitol.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Hoppe moved the minutes from the Friday May 15, 2009 meeting be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Hayden moved the time parameters of 20 minutes for SF 489 the Reverse Mortgage Marketing Reform Act Conference Committee Report, 20 minutes for SF 1147 the Real Property Changes Conference Committee Report, and 20 minutes for SF 477 the Recycled Paint Pilot Program Conference Committee Report.
Representative Magnus moved to orally amend the time parameters to read 22 minutes for SF 1147 the Real Property Changes Conference Committee Report. THE ORAL AMENDMENT WAS INCORPORATED.
Representative Hayden renewed the time parameters motion with the oral amendment incorporated. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting was recessed at 11:55 a.m.
