Representative Loren Solberg, Chair of the Committee on Ways and Means, called the meeting to order on Wednesday, April 1, 2009 at 2:45pm in Room 5 State Office Building.

Representative Solberg moved that SF1329 be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register.
Representative Kath presented SF1329.
Representative Solberg renewed his motion that SF1329-second engrossment pass and be placed on the General Register.

Representative Solberg moved that HF855 be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register.
Representative Eken moved that HF855 be amended as follows: see
H0855A6. On Page 10, after line 4, insert lines 1.1 thru lines 1.5 .
THE MOTION PREVAILED THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED
Representative Hausman presented HF855.
Representative Eken renewed his motion that HF855, first engrossment pass as amended and be placed on the General Register.

Representative Solberg moved that HF2134 be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register.
Representative Solberg moved to amend HF2134 as follows: see
H2134A2.
THE MOTION PREVAILED THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED
Representative Hausman presented HF2134.
Representative Solberg renewed his motion that HF2134 pass as amended and be placed on the General Register.
