MINUTES
Representative Loren Solberg, Chair of the Committee on Ways and Means, called the meeting to order on Friday, February 12, 2010 at 12:00 noon in Room 200.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative McNamera moved to adopt the minutes of February 11, 2010 as presented.
THE MOTION PREVAILED
Representative Huntley moved that SF2168- 2 engrossment be recommended to pass to the General Register.
Representative Huntley moved to delete the language in SF2168-2 and insert the language of HF 2680-2 engrossment.

Representative Huntley moved to amend SF2168-2 as amended: See
S2168A1.

Representative Murphy explained SF2168-2 as amended.
Representative Solberg moved that staff be directed to make any technical changes as needed.
THE MOTION PREVAILED
Rep. Solberg moved to amend HF2680-2 as follows: Page 28, line 28.23 delete the word "and" and on line 28.24 delete the word "budget".
THE MOTION PREVAILED THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED
Representative Huntley moved that HF2680 – 2 be laid on the table.
THE MOTION PREVAILED
Representative Huntley moved that SF2680-2 as amended be recommended to pass and placed on the General Register.
