Representative Ann Lenczewski, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:30 A.M. on April 16, 2009 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

Representative Marquart moved HF2020 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Tax Bill.

Representative Loeffler moved HF2315 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Tax Bill.
