Representative Reinert, Vice Chair of the Tax Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:53 PM on Tuesday, May 4, 2010 in Room 10 of the State Office Building. The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll:

Representative Tillberry moved HF2431 to pass and be sent to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Representative Marquart moved amendment H2431A58.

Representative Hilstrom moved to incorporate an amendment (H2431A64) to the amendment.
THE MOTION PREVAILED, THE AMENDMENT TO THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Greg Crowe, non-partisan House Fiscal Analyst answered questions for committee members.

Chair Reinert called for a vote on the bill as amended. THE MOTION PREVAILED, THE BILL WAS PASSED AS AMENDED AND SENT TO THE COMMITTEE ON WAYS AND MEANS.

Representative Davids moved the minutes from May 3, 2010. THE MOTION PREVAILED, THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.
