Representative Marquart moved amendment H2367DE1
be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED, THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Marquart renewed his motion that HF2367 be recommended to pass as amended and be sent to the Committee on Ways and Means. THE BILL PASSED AS AMENDED AND WAS SENT TO THE COMMITTEE ON WAYS AND MEANS.
