Representative Ann Lenczewski, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 3:00 P.M. on March 16th, 2009 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Representative Liebling moved the minutes from March 9, 2009; March 10, 2009; and March 11, 2009. THE MOTION PREVAILED, THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.
Before the committee was Joel Michael of the House Research Department, Cynthia Templin of the House Fiscal Analysis Department, and Nina Manzi of the House Research Department, presenting the Tax Expenditure Budget.
The committee adjourned at 4:16 P.M.
