Chair Thomas Huntley called to order a Joint Meeting of the Health Finance and Policy Committees and the Commerce and Labor Committee at 3:07 p.m. on Tuesday, April 6, 2010, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. This represented the fifty-ninth meeting of the Health Care and Human Services Finance Division; the sixty-third meeting of the Health Care and Human Services Policy and Oversight Committee; and the thirty-second meeting of the Commerce and Labor Committee.
