Representative Karen Clark, Chair, called the nineteenth meeting to order at 10:35 a.m. on Tuesday, March 24, 2009 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

Representative Hayden moved that HF 1491 (Hayden), Homeless programs funding provided, money appropriated, be laid over for possible inclusion to an omnibus bill.

Representative Hayden renewed the motion that HF 1491 (Hayden), Homeless programs funding provided, money appropriated, be laid over for possible inclusion to an omnibus bill. Hearing no objection, the bill was laid over.
Representative Laine moved that HF 1819 (Murphy, E.), Support services required for families with children who are deaf or have hearing loss, testing fee modified, be laid over for possible inclusion to an omnibus bill.
