Representative Karen Clark, Chair, called the forty-sixth meeting to order at 10:35 a.m. on Wednesday, April 14, 2010 in Room 500 South of the State Office Building.

The Committee held a discussion on nanotechnology.
Chair Clark presented (informational only) HFXXXX (Clark), relating to higher education and public health; requiring a report on nanotechnology from the University of Minnesota and the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities.

Representative Laine moved that the minutes of April 13, 2010 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.
